I have read and agree to your cancellation policy that applies to my occupancy dates and accommodation. One of the 4 below is required. *

Event and fall cancellation policy (Marathon, BU, BC, Harvard & MIT graduation dates, and the months of September and October). $100 fee if cancel prior to 1 month from arrival. Non-refundable for nights not rebooked if cancel 1 month or less. Minimum $100. Booking fee not refundable.
Standard cancellation policy (dates other than events and fall) $35 fee if cancel prior to 2 weeks from arrival date. 50% fee for nights not rebooked if cancel 2 weeks or less. Minimum $35.
Long term cancellation policy (one month or longer). Non refundable. If we rebook you will be refunded for the nights we rebook less $100.
